Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs: A flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide applies to all orders under $99. Australian orders over $99 will be sent to you free.

For international orders the rate varies according to the size and weight of the parcel and the destination location. The rate will be calculated at the checkout. International orders over $200 will ship free.

International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes and fees that may be charged by their own country.

Tracking: We send via Australia Post for domestic and international orders and you will receive the tracking info for your parcels once they have been dispatched.

Delivery: We can deliver to your home, work or a PO Box. Please ensure you write the correct address along with any delivery instructions in the comments. Your items will be sent out within 1 to 2 working days. Please allow 1 to 7 working days from dispatch to receive your parcel. Your parcel will have “authority to leave” set as default. This means that if no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel then the courier will leave it outside at your door. If you do not want the parcel left at the address then please let us know.

International orders may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.

Missing order: If you haven’t received your order a week within the above time frames then contact Australia Post first with your tracking details. If you cannot find out what’s happening then contact us. Depending on your location it may take longer for deliveries to arrive.
